I'm helping my friend mark her 18th birthday in the most intimate way

I\'m not sure what to do with my best friend now that she\'s turned 18. I mean, I\'ve always wanted to celebrate her in my own way, but I\'m not exactly sure how to do that. Maybe I\'ll just have to let her show me.
